Established in Minnesota after decades of combined experience in the beauty industry, Panoply Beauty is a family owned and operated American company who has built a global following and reputation as a leader in product distribution and education, partnering with global beauty industry leaders like Elleebana and Saint Minerals. Their mission is to continue to seak out exclusive beauty brands known for luxury and affordabilty, and offer impeccable customer experiences.

Recognized as a leader in her role with Elleebana, Kelly Rhode was named master trainer in 2018, shortly after coming on board the Elleebana education team in 2017. This quickly lead to her journey into the distribution side of the industry. Elleebana education sky rocketed, and the love of the products and brand lead to the development of Panoply Beauty Distribution. Working with the Elleebana team definitely set the benchmark for training and product excellence, so as Panoply Beauty expanded, it remained crucial to only partner with the elite alike.

Passion for quality and dedication to her mission, Kelly discovered another Australian native brand, Saint Minerals. This partnership allowed for customers to have access to an amazing, mineral-based makeup and education, at wholesale pricing, to further support their professional development and growth. 

After a career pivot over the summer, Kelly stepped away from the education team to further focus on Elleebana product distribution and nation-wide customer support. Panoply Beauty then expanded it's doors as the Official Saint Minerals USA headquarters, and Kelly as Saint Minerals Operations Manager, North America.

Panoply Beauty continues to collaborate with other leaders in the beauty industry. For Dusty Rhode, hair cutting is his passion, and it shows in his work. Dusty is recognized as one of the most successful and influential educators in his specialty. His work has been featured at Aveda Congress, the Aveda Mid-America Show, New York Fashion Week and countless photo shoots. He travels internationally to share his knowledge both on stage and in salon workshops. Dusty has received training from some of the industry’s most acclaimed institutions; has developed salon and advanced curriculum; and has been an integral part of product development. In 2018 Dusty founded RD SCISSORS to further expand his lasting passion for hair cutting and his love for the industry.
