PLEASE READ:

Student models are needed from time to time when a beauty professional is traveling from out of town to attend training. In class we need 2 models per student, usually on Mondays at 1:30pm and 2:45pm. Commitment is around 60-75 minutes, and the fee is $25. This will include a lash lift and lash tint, as well as an aftercare of your choice to take home to help maintain results.
You will receive either an Elleeplex clear keratin mascara or the Elleevate black keratin mascara. Retail value is $35

If you sign up, we will be counting on your attendance for the matter of their learning. Please be committed. If you find yourself in an unforeseen scheduling conflict, you can transfer your spot to another person.

PLEASE read to ensure you are considered a good candidate for a lash lift & tint  

In order to be considered a good candidate for a lash lift/tint, you must have healthy, uncompromised lashes and skin, without any contraindications or trichotillomania tendencies. No recent lash extensions, lash lifts, or eye surgeries. No inflammation of the lash or eye area, no eye infections or hypersensitive skin. No allergies to hair dye, or lash and brow tints. You would not be a candidate if you are currently or recently ended chemotherapy, you are pregnant or nursing. 

Lash Lift Models for demo/hands on practice:

• MUST have healthy, medium to long lashes
• Come without eye makeup on
• Come with contact lenses removed
• Will not be permitted to get their lashes wet or apply mascara for 24 hours
• Should have not worn eyelash extensions for at least 4-6 weeks
• Should not have had a lash lift within 8 weeks 
• Will only need to be present for the hands on portion of class 
• Must not be pregnant or nursing 

Please look over and complete this indemnity form PRIOR to arriving at the class. 

This service will be performed by a student who is a licensed beauty professional.  We thank you for being apart of their educational experience.
