This is an official Elleebana Conversion Course Certification Training organized by Elleebana Master Trainer Kelly Rhode and LifeTime Fitness.
Your assigned trainer is Alicia Vadnais.
Includes:
- 90 days access to Elleebana Excellence Academy Online Training Dashboard to work through the conversion course material at your own pace
- Support from Elleebana trainer, feedback and assessment of case studies
- Certification upon completion of 5 passing case studies
Eligible Students: In order to complete this course, the student will need to have a pre-existing knowledge and understanding of the brow lamination application. They will need to have trained with another competitive brand (and provide a copy of the other brand certificate to be approved by HQ Australia) and have a well-developed knowledge of the following.
• Eye anatomy
• Hair and lash structure
• Client/technician wellbeing and self-care
• Health, safety and sanitation
• Eye shapes and face considerations when performing a brow lamination

PLEASE READ
In order to sign up, the following steps MUST be done prior to purchasing:
- Email Alicia Vadnais at (alicia@panoplybeauty.com) the following things
- A copy of your certificate from the previous brand you were certified in for approval from HQ
- A copy of your professional license
- Complete the INTAKE FORM below
ONCE APPROVED, Alicia will let you know that you can now purchase the course, and Spa Manger will need to place order for product needed for case studies:
- One Shot Lotions - 5 or 10 pack
- Elleebana Makeup Remover 30ml
- Rods or shields
- Lifting tool
- Adhesive
- (Optional is Elleeplex ReGen but I always highly encourage adding it into the tint or setting lotion)
- Tint is optional
